Greetings are rare in many stores that you walk or log into. In the rare event that you are greeted by a salesperson it's typical that they will begin steering you towards the best selling section or start vomiting on you with so much information that you never dreamed you would be exposed to. Now, some of you may like like this approach, however, at My Ultimate Mattress we promise not to vomit on you with overwhelming information that only ends up confusing and frustrating you to the point of dreading being where you are at the moment. Instead, we will warmly welcome you into our store and allow you to express your needs rather than expect you follow us around like a puppet on a string.
There are significant and resonating ways that My Ultimate Mattress is different from any mattress chain store that you have ever been too. As stated in the intro above, we will warmly greet you and allow you to provide information that enables us to assist you in your search for the right mattress or furniture. We are here to serve you and that is why we have developed a series of questions (see Mattress Questionnaire and/or Pillow Questionnaire) that allows important dialogue between both parties so that we can provide you with the best service. For any product, it is important for us to know who you are making the investment for. Is it yourself or other family member? It's also important for us to know what your present sleep pattern is and if you have any medical conditions that need to be considered because the last thing you need is for your investment to make any condition worse. What are your likes/dislikes in regards to your comfort preference? No one wants to invest in something they dislike or that does not bring a solution to their needs. How much are you willing to invest in yourself and quality sleep? Now, there are certainly limitations to what each individual can invest, but it is important to know a budget so that we can match the best possible solution to fit your needs. We want to know the age of your current sleep set. Maybe you have only had it 2-3yrs or maybe you have had it over 10yrs. Regardless, there are things we can learn about your current experience that can make your next experience more positive. We are here to learn too. There maybe products or services that you have utilized that we are unaware of and we certainly are open to hearing how these may have benefited you.
At the end of the day, we are not here to pressure you with high pressure sales tactics. Rather, we are here to educate and be educated so that it begins a healthy, positive, and lasting relationship between us.
